Does the submitted application have to be hosted in the cloud? Can I host locally instead?

    Hi Balaji,
    We'd like to keep costs low during the judging period so as long as your model and RAG /fine tuning implementation is in AWS, a local project should be fine as long as the github repo is somewhere that we can access and run the code and is documented.
