AWS blocked my registered email long back

Hi Team,
As I am working solo, AWS blocked my primary email address. How do I request AWS credits for the VCT Hackathon? All I can think of is having a partner or registering for the hackathon with a different email ID. I hope this won't disqualify me in case I win :P
